J. Crew Fall 2014 Menswear Picks

J. Crew is a good example of American style done right. ¬†They haven’t abandoned the classics but don’t ignore current trends either, all the while managing to strike a balance that can only be described as “J. Crew.”

For Fall 2014 they continue to blend their own in-house design with well-sourced world class fabrics, punctuating the entire collection with a few key additions from other labels.  Here is a taste of Fall 2014 as interpreted by J. Crew.

Ludlow topcoat in French wool with peak lapels.

Rustic merino cable elbow-patch sweater in heather olive.

Chunky luxury. Cashmere waffle-knit sweater in heather balsam.

Thicker shirting fabrics for fall are a must. Heather twill shirt in herringbone.

One of the outside labels carried by J. Crew. Japanese brand Anonymous Ism wool herringbone socks.
