Matured Exclusively in French Oak Late Harvest Semillon Casks, these are California’s answer to the legendary Sauternes wine of Graves in Bordeaux.
At 110 ppm, this is one of the world’s most heavily peated whiskeys so know what you’ve getting into. Leviathan II is a single barrel, non-chill-filtered whiskey bottled at cask strength (53% ABV).
