Morgan Electric Plus E Concept Debuts At Geneva Motor Show

With traditional good looks that would make the heart of any classic car enthusiast skip a beat, the Morgan Electric Plus E unveiled this week, may not even make it into production.

Morgan will be taking the temperature of consumers at the Geneva Motor Show to help determine whether enough interest exists to make the Plus E Concept into a production model.

If the Plus E seems a tad familiar, that’s because it’s based on the Plus 8 but that’s where the comparison should end. Under the hood is a Zytek electric 70kW (94bhp) 300Nm electric engine and a lithium-ion battery which gives it a range of 120 miles per charge with a top speed of 115-mph.

The Geneva Motor Show will be on from 8-18 of March.
