Taylors Auction Rooms in the Angus town of Montrose plays host to an auction of rare whiskies and wines this Saturday.
Top of the bill is a selection of rarities from The Macallan, including two of their collaborations with French crystal makers Lalique, reports local paper the Montrose Review.
A bottle of The Macallan in Lalique II: 55 Years Old will go up for sale with an estimated price of between £9,000-£11,000, while a bottle of The Macallan in Lalique III: 57 Years Old is expected to reach between £10,000 and £12,000.
Other lots include The Macallan 25 Year Old Anniversary malt, distilled in 1969, and The Macallan Gran Reserva 18 Year Old, distilled in 1979.
